Ice Chewers Bulletin Board - All about Chewing Ice

Does anyone know where I can find/buy a cheap ice machine. I can't buy a fridge with a ice maker, but I was hoping to buy an ice machine or something. Who would sell such products to your average consumer? Can anyone help me? I am totally addicted to ice, and rather than having to run to the convenience store of fast food chain for my fix, I want to get it at home - and not ice tray ice either. Thanks!

A small one anyway....This was still well out of my range. Here is my solution....... Metal ice trays....... They make the ice mostly white and it has a very good flavor. Use hot water to fill the trays and it comes out soft and easy to chew, and it freezes faster........ There is a website http://www.mobile-mart.com/icecbtrys.htm that sells these trays cheaply.....I prefer the ones with the plastic inserts they are cheaper and easier to get the ice out. I bought 5 trays and that keeps me going with the best ice and a much cheaper alternative. You can also try an ice shaver if you like the shaved ice. You can get one of those for $14.95 at wal-mart........ Good Luck......
