I'm pretty tolerant of most things, but this is getting out of control. I have anxiety pangs in my chest and seriously want to rip my own face off just to see if that would make it stop. She says she's addicted jokingly, but I don't know how to tell her that I can't concentrate or get anything done with the chompin and ice-rattling in the cup.
When I'm at home, the sound of anything in anyone's mouth makes me cringe and anxious. This is really affecting em and I can't take it anymore but don't want to offend her. What would you want done? I understand that it's like crack to you guys, but you wouldn't smoke crack in your cube...
