Anemia

Ice chewing is a symptom of Anemia. A lack of hemoglobin (oxygen carrier) in the blood. This can also cause faintness, shortness of breath, and in severe cases heart attacks, I suggest you guys get checked.

I DO have anemia - I have tried off and on to take iron supplements but they always lead to (the expected)
constipation and alot of stomach problems. I guess I will go back to the doc and see what we do now. It isn't the ice that is sending me there - I guess it is the health concerns. Bummer....
