A Cold Confession

 my addiction to chewing ice started this past september. and because of it... i've ended up feeling: embarassed, frustrated, restless, impatient, etc. Everywhere i go, i scope out if i can possibly get some ice. I read an entry where someone mentioned the growing number of empty cups in their car. I too have stacks of cups lying around in my car from ice binges. I've even pulled over my car late at night at some 24-hr deli's to get some ice. I think i love it even more cos its free and i enjoy the fact that the ice machines give you as much as you can take. I used to get frustrated with the ice my freezer made because it was an uncomfortable texture and too slick. i feel embarassed that ice has become such an importance in my daily activities.

I wish I didnt love ice so much... but i just wanted everyone to know that Im so glad you all understand and that im not alone in this addiction.

There is nothing wrong with loving ice. It's calorie free, sugar free, and it's wonderful.

Don't be embarassed. Enjoy your ice!
